The company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975.
IDV boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources
Within the DV & Astra Program Management Function, the selected candidate will join the Cross Program area, which operates across all Product Lines and is responsible for Program Governance & Processes, Product Value Analysis, planning, analytics, and periodic reporting.
Specifically, the candidate will support the Head of the Cross Program area and the Product Lines Managers in the activities described below.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate with Sales Administration for the periodic mapping and allocation to Program Managers of all active contracts within IDV & Astra.
- For contracts involving product development: define, maintain, and monitor the Milestone Calendar in coordination with Program Managers, including the collection and archiving of MS approvals.
- Support Program Managers in the development and reporting required by the job-order accounting process.
- Support the definition and maintenance of KPIs for the Function, ensuring alignment with the relevant Management Procedures and with the tools used for reading, monitoring, and distributing KPIs within the Function.
- Support the development and maintenance of processes and procedures that directly or indirectly involve the Function.
- Develop and maintain the digital tools used by the Function , independently using MS Power Platform tools and/or in collaboration with the ICT department.
- Maintain the Function’s SharePoints and archived documentation , including for Audit purposes.
- Manage Purchase Requests for materials or services through the company’s SAP system on behalf of the Function.
The selected candidate must be able to interact proactively within the DV & Astra Program Management Function, fostering change and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
- Technical institute diploma (mechanical, electrical, materials, IT, administration/finance) or a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Economics.
- Knowledge and use of MS 365 (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint), MS Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools.
- Good command of the English language.
