Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense medications and manage the entire prescription fulfillment process from initiation to final shipment, including filling, verifying, and packing orders.
  • Manage and maintain customer profiles in PharmacyOS.
  • Process and verify initial prescription orders.
  • Coordinate prescription transfer and new prescription acquisition.
  • Focus on system‑based verification and documentation.
  • Verify medication quality assurance for all packet and bulk dispenses.
  • Collaborate with other staff pharmacists to ensure all produced packet and bulk sets undergo thorough quality assurance checks before shift end.
  • Ensure quality assurance for new business line production.
  • Complete ancillary housekeeping tasks, including checking returns, inputting medication rejects, overseeing medication substitutions, and canister approval.
  • Answer clinical questions and provide clinical guidance.
  • Investigate errors, facilitate proper resolution, and report findings.
  • Collate and deliver pertinent pharmacy information to the distribution team.
  • Ensure compliance with all company procedures, Federal and State laws, rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy team members to maintain customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science or PharmD Degree.
  • Active and unrestricted Pharmacist License in the state of employment (other licenses may be required if domicile state differs).
  • Knowledge of pharmacy laws, federal and state regulations concerning patient care.
  • Exemplary interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to perform basic computer functions.
  • Warehouse work experience, including lifting up to 20 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in long‑term care or retail pharmacy settings.

Benefits

The base salary range for this position is $103,800.00 – $146,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and location.
