About The Opportunity

We are building something exceptional at Heritage, and we need someone extraordinary to help us get there. This isn’t your typical strategy role. It is a hands‑on opportunity to work directly with our Head of Strategy & Growth and Founders on the most important initiatives shaping our next chapter.

As our Senior Strategy Associate, you will sit at the centre of how we grow, evolve, and scale. You will help us enter new markets, refine our product offering, build the internal engine behind our wealth management platform, and unlock opportunities we have not yet imagined. This is a role where no two days look the same, where your work truly moves the business.

In Practice, This Means Working On

  • Market mapping, competitive intelligence, and opportunity sizing across new and existing regions
  • Developing commercial strategies, business models, and go‑to‑market structures
  • Supporting the development of strategic partnerships and external collaborations
  • Building internal processes, workflows, and operational infrastructure to scale our platform
  • Driving cross‑functional initiatives across Investments, Operations, and Technology
  • Supporting evaluation and due‑diligence efforts for new offerings and initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Has

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, private equity, business operations, growth, or strategic roles in high‑velocity environments
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive clarity
  • Strong business judgement and the maturity to partner with senior leadership
  • A bias toward action and ownership, comfortable taking projects from concept to execution
  • Curiosity, ambition, and the drive to build something meaningful rather than follow a predefined path
