Sr Staff Layout Engineer

Overview

As a Layout Design Engineer, you will contribute to analog layout across DC-DC converters, controllers and drivers. You will own floorplanning and layout for analog blocks, driving design innovation and reliability. You’ll collaborate with global layout teams to deliver high-quality layouts within schedule. This role focuses on translating architectural goals into manufacturable analog implementations and ensuring robust EM and process compatibility. Responsibilities

• 12-15 years in Analog Layout Design and associated flows
• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical and Computer engineering
• Deep knowledge of floor planning, leaf cell layout and analog matching
• Experience with EM, reliability, and design for manufacturability
• Familiarity with IC processing (preferably BCD nodes), packaging and production test
• CAD tool proficiency: Virtuoso XL, Calibre DRC/LVS/PEX/PVS/R3D
• Scripting skills in Python, Perl, TCL
