Sr Project Management Manager – Project Leadership

Responsibilities
- Execute international global projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Accurately plan and report financial status (actual vs forecast) of projects.
- Manage, execute, monitor and adjust the operational plan and project planning for global projects to improve profitability and on-time delivery.
- Develop enduring, faithful customer relationships.
- Translate and elaborate customer orders into necessary equipment, resources, personnel and materials; partner with sales force and technology team to secure new orders.
- Initiate work consultations with parties involved, internally and externally.
- Spearhead compliance with HSQE procedures and regulations, and uphold company standards of integrity.
- Prepare interim progress reports.
- Promote cultural change toward becoming an energy technology company.
- Manage project risks, preventing issues and driving mitigation actions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in business, engineering, computer science or related field.
- Proven experience in process optimization, tool digitization, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to lead cross‑functional teams and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent project management skills, prioritizing tasks, managing resources and meeting deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital technologies – process automation, data analytics, cloud computing and enterprise software solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, articulating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Experience with change management principles and practices, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Analytical mindset: gathering and analyzing data, identifying trends, making data-driven decisions to improve processes and tools.
