Sr Project Management Manager - Project Leadership

The LNG Project Team serves customers worldwide delivering projects across the globe leveraging best practices developed upon its ultra large experience and dedicated pool of internationally certified resources.

Partner with the best

As a Project Manager you are responsible for the execution of international global projects and you ensure that these projects are carried out within budget, schedule, quality and to the satisfaction of the customer. You accurately plan and report the financial status (actual vs forecast) of your projects.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the financial results within your projects and reporting accurate financial status and expectations (forecast);
  • Managing, executing, monitoring and possibly adjusting the operational plan of approach and project planning for global projects to ensure/improve project profitability and On Time Delivery;
  • Developing enduring faithful Customer relationships;
  • Translating and elaborating the customer order into necessary equipment, resources, personnel and materials and partnering with our sales force as well as our technology team to secure new orders;
  • Initiating work consultations with parties involved, internally and externally;
  • Responsible for the highest quality in project execution and compliance with procedures and regulations (HSQE) as well as full compliance with the Company standards of Integrity;
  • Preparation of interim progress reports;
  • Playing an effective role in promoting in the cultural change toward the Energy Technology Company;
  • Manage project risks to prevent issues and drive mitigation plan/actions.

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • Bachelor's / master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field;
  • Proven experience in process optimization, tool digitization, and digital transformation initiatives;
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a fast‑paced environment;
  • Excellent project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and meet deadlines;
  • Deep understanding of digital technologies, including process automation, data analytics, cloud computing, and enterprise software solutions;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences;
  • Experience with change management principles and practices, particularly in driving organizational change and fostering a culture of innovation;
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to improve processes and tools.
