We are now looking for a Sr. Product Manager, Thermal Management, to join our team.

Job Overview

You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, supporting business growth, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, and defining go-to-market and marketing plans. You will develop sales and marketing strategies to maximize product revenue and profitability.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product lifecycle management plans, including product introduction, line extension, engineered-to-order, and end-of-production phases.
  • Research market trends, demand drivers, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Gather voice of customer insights and develop product business cases to share with global teams.
  • Address actions to reduce finished goods inventory and support business decisions during supply chain issues, including resolving offering issues related to delivery, quality, and inventory.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Material Planning to ensure competitive lead times, inventory optimization, and achievement of revenue targets.
  • Manage list pricing and multipliers in the EMEA region.
  • Ensure all customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral are accurate and tailored to specific regions, countries, and market segments.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, product demos, competitive analyses, and sales enablement tools.
  • Attend tradeshows, visit customers, and meet with sales teams, distributors, and partners to incorporate customer feedback into product planning.
  • Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate post-launch sales performance, including pipeline and quotations, and collaborate with marketing teams on promotional programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s in Mechanical or Energy Engineering preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technical, product / service management, strategic planning, marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong business acumen and technical expertise to translate customer needs into solutions.
  • Proven problem-solving, data analysis, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize long-term and short-term goals.
  • Ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Leadership attitude with curiosity about market trends and new technologies.
