In this role you will oversee operational and supply chain finance for TE's manufacturing plants worldwide, partnering with regional finance and plant leadership. You will drive consolidation, forecasting, and KPI tracking to inform strategic decisions and process improvements. You will lead the Ops finance team and support plant‑level business cases and audits, shaping financial governance across a global manufacturing footprint. This is a high‑impact role for someone who combines strong finance discipline with cross‑functional leadership and change capability.

• Manage all aspects of operational and supply chain finance for manufacturing plants globally
• Lead and develop the Ops finance team
• Track and report KPIs with corrective actions and follow‑up
• Consolidate operational financial information monthly and provide improvement recommendations to PSS leadership
• Prepare supplemental financial information for PSS forecasts (monthly, quarterly, annual)
• Coordinate annual cost roll in PSS plants and communicate impact to stakeholders
• Provide financial support and analysis for regional strategic operational objectives (footprint migration, consolidation or expansion, capacity analysis, automation projects, capital investments)
• Coordinate and conduct regular plant reviews and support CER business cases
• Ensure SOX and Policy Standards; support plant controller in audits (external and internal)

Responsabilità

• University degree in finance, accounting, or business management
• 10+ years’ experience in Controlling and Finance with manufacturing exposure
• Proven track record partnering with business leaders
• Experience in standard cost manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes
• Ability to develop and manage high‑performing teams
• Excellent influencing, leadership development, and consensus‑building skills
• Fluent in English; comprehensive understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint; experience with data consolidation tools; SAP knowledge considered a strong plus
• Willingness to travel regularly
