- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across jurisdictions and contribute to the business’s legal and ethical strategy.
- Operate within a supportive and high-performing team with global reach and exposure.
You’ll work in an environment that values your legal insight, operational focus, and commitment to doing business the right way.

- Strong knowledge of anti-bribery and corruption, whistleblowing, modern slavery, human rights, and other corporate compliance areas globally.
- Experience managing or advising on commercial litigation matters.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting or overseeing internal investigations.
- Proven ability to develop, implement and communicate compliance policies, training, and risk assessments.
- Confidence reviewing partner due diligence, customer codes, and compliance-related contractual terms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to engage credibly with stakeholders at all levels.
- High ethical standards, good judgment, and strong attention to detail.
Foreign language skills are an asset but not essential.

This role is more than legal compliance; it’s about enabling the business to act responsibly, transparently, and effectively. You’ll lead key workstreams across anti-bribery, partner due diligence, whistleblowing, investigations, training, and policy development, while also contributing to commercial litigation support. You’ll be a trusted advisor and problem-solver, helping the company meet legal obligations and live its values every day.
