Job Description
We are looking for a LEGO Certified Stores (LCS) Senior Key Account Manager to support the LCS development in the market.
This is a significant role for the Italian market, with responsibility to develop the LCS network leading the retail operation and negotiation with the franchise partner. You will be part of an international and diverse team!
Please note This position will be based in our LEGO® Sales Office in Milan, and will follow a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and up to 2 days remotely. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities


  • LEGO Certified Store business development Define the store network development strategy for the market mapping out the opportunities to build Certified Stores considering the overall market potential, distribution points and LEGO Brand penetration
  • Business planning Take ownership for the yearly business plans for each store and lead yearly business plan meetings with respective Country Manager and Sales Leadership team, and store operator to establish shared expectations of business performance
  • LCS Operator management Build strong relationships with LEGO Certified Store operator as well as building strong relationships with LEGO key collaborators
  • LCS operation excellence Store opening excellence ; Roll out and governance of the Store Operating Manual ; Define assortment and implement Visual Merchandising guidelines
  • Training Organize store managers training to secure the store is operated according to LEGO guidelines and expectations ; Implement Customer Satisfaction Tracking
  • Marketing Guide and support the LCS operator to implement the defined marketing activities for the full year
Do you have what it takes?

  • Several years of experience in a commercial customer-facing role e.g. Key Account Management
  • Comprehensive understanding of the Retail sector and store operation
  • Ideally some working experience in an existing Franchise system or Branded retail industry
  • Strong commercial skills and financial understanding
  • Ability to navigate in complex organization
  • Strong intercultural skills – you can communicate and collaborate with people from different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Innovator and creative problem solver with ability to work under pressure during seasonal picks
  • Happy to travel frequently mainly across Italy plus internationally (2x per year)
  • Fluency in English & Italian
