Join to apply for the Sr Implementation Consultant role at ADP .

In this role you will manage the ADP HR tools to meet customer needs, helping them to use the products with ease. Each day presents new realities, and you will lead the existing system and needs analysis to implement the best HR solution according to the client’s requirements. You will monitor data and provide constant reports on project progress and risks. This key role represents the ADP mission of delivering excellent service to clients from paychecks to health benefits and beyond, and you will contribute to continuous improvement of ADP and HR processes by providing input to the R&D Team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of prior work experience in payroll and/or personnel consulting and/or IT project roles.
  • Advanced experience in working with data migration technical tools.
  • Advanced experience in working with reporting tools and techniques (SQL, RDBMS).
  • Advanced experience in working with programming tools (Java, JavaScript, shell script, etc.).
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English.
  • High School Diploma or University degree.
