- Research customer questions and Workday concepts to inform guidance
- Deliver small-scope consulting, including configuration guidance and demonstrations
- Troubleshoot configuration to meet customer requirements
- Communicate responses and value clearly to customers
- Create and deliver customer presentations on Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
- Provide one-on-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
- Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)
- Maintain Workday product expertise and certifications; stay aligned with roadmap
- Assist in creating new programs to drive feature adoption
- Office Hours: appointment-based consulting with guidance and product expertise
- Conduct configuration and business requirements reviews with optimization opportunities
- Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
- Support deployments of Workday features
- Travel up to 20%
Responsabilità
- 5 years of IT implementation experience
- 5 years of experience with Compensation or Benefits systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards)
- 3+ years of software consulting experience
- Workday Certification or ability to certify in HCM, Compensation, or Advanced Compensation
- Strong ability to understand Workday concepts and new features
- Ability to translate complex concepts into clear customer presentations
- Multi-tasking across engagements and deliverables
- Strong critical thinking for technical process issues and decision support
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
