Business Analyst Department and Reporting
Department: Information Technology Reports to: Sr. Business Analyst Locations
Principal Foligno (PG), Italy; secondary Graffignana (LO), Italy Job Summary
Be the first point of contact for SMEs and ERP users concerning application issues, build and maintain relationships with SMEs, manage incidents within SLAs, support change management, test plans, and propose software improvements to meet business needs. Responsibilities
Serve as first contact for SMEs and ERP users concerning application issues. Build and maintain relationships with SMEs and develop a network of contacts to understand various business processes. Take charge of incidents, ensuring they are resolved within SLAs and, when necessary, assigned to developers. Collaborate in the business‑as‑usual change management process. Provide users with support and advice in creating test plans and performing first‑pass or stage testing. Report change requests and work with software suppliers to ensure the system meets functional and visual requirements. Partner with other team members to deliver business‑process improvements aligned with departmental standards. Advise end users to maximize personal productivity. Support the Business Analyst on software projects throughout the Software Development Life Cycle. Work within the company’s Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System requirements. Support the Business Analyst in constructing workflow charts, diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications. Ensure change requests are accurately defined and detailed for the development team. Propose enhancements and bug fixes. Write internal procedures, FAQs and maintain user documentation. Define test plans and conduct first‑pass/stage suite testing. Assist in quality controls and audits to demonstrate compliance. Qualifications
Knowledge of Infor Cloud Suite Industry (Syteline 10) ERP, Jira, software documentation, software development processes, and change management. Proficiency in relationship building, networking, analysis of information, teamwork, verbal and written communication, planning, and software testing. Ability to manage multiple tasks from initiation to completion. Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder engagement. Understanding of the team’s challenges and ability to adapt accordingly. Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with the company’s Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulation 1999, and all relevant regulations and certification schemes. Attend safety briefings as requested and support internal quality controls and audits. Compensation
€35,100.00–€43,900.00 per year, plus potential fixed annual payments and performance‑based bonuses.
