Senior Associate, Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview:
This role will be part of the EMEA Costing, Reporting and Analytics Hub, based in Arese. The Hub supports Europe, Turkey & Middle East, and Sub-Saharan Africa markets. The primary purpose of this role is to act as a partner for the Business leadership to optimize total delivered cost. This involves providing financial leadership for regional sourcing & strategy implementation studies, MEA creation, approval, execution, and post-completion audits, NDPs costing, and cost-saving programs validation. The role will own the execution of the globally deployed Reporting & Analytics and Standard Cost processes and will have daily interactions with key stakeholders.

About the Team / Department:
Reporting to the Manager, FP&A - Product Supply EMEA, this is an exciting opportunity for finance professionals eager to develop their careers in a cross-country role.
Responsibilities:
- Execute and govern the Standard Cost process and deploy global Reporting and Analytics.
- Prepare rough and final costing estimates along with related analyses, partnering with NPD and category teams.
- Provide financial support for cost-saving projects, identifying opportunities and assessing cost impacts.
- Support regional sourcing and strategy studies, preparing final recommendations for management.
- Control and optimize delivered costs, providing ad hoc analyses on total delivered cost.
- Analyze and update cost cards.
- Collaborate within the EMEA Costing Hub to develop and share best practices.
- Coordinate FP&A supply chain month-end closing and forecasting activities.
Experience you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong influencing skills.
- 2 to 4 years of finance experience in FP&A or cost accounting roles, preferably with international exposure.
- Fluent in English.
- Mobility is a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, SAP, and BPC.
