We are looking to recruit a Field Sales Representative (Sell‑Out) to join the Specialist Sales Team who will be responsible for an assigned territory and for assigned customers. The key responsibilities are to develop professional relationships with our customers, optimize base sales and promotions while delivering the field KPI's and your objectives. The candidate, reporting directly to the Area Manager, will mainly deal with the commercial management of an already assigned customer portfolio and the commercial development of the Italy market. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the sales points in the area of competence, with the aim of improving in‑store presence of our products and guaranteeing the excellent execution of the related promotional plans, in constant collaboration with the Area Manager and with the Trade Marketing / Marketing teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
  • 1 years of previous relevant sales experience (especially in other FMCG companies)
  • Valid driving license
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and especially Excel & Powerpoint
  • Orientation to achieve results
  • Business acumen combined with an entrepreneurial approach; ability to identify and act upon business opportunities
  • Excellent communication and relationship skills

A 12-month fixed‑term contract is offered through agency employment, with a fixed salary plus benefits and ambitious incentive schemes. A personalized professional development path is provided.
