Sportswear & Denim Product Development Manager

In this role you will lead the end-to-end development of Fendi’s Sportswear & Denim collections from concept to final product. You will collaborate with Style, modelling, production and development teams to translate creative design into high-quality, market-ready pieces. You will manage planning, costing, and commercialization while ensuring adherence to the brand’s quality standards and sustainability goals. This position offers impact in a luxury, cross-functional setting and a clear path to influence product direction and timelines. EUR 63.000 annual gross salary bonuses (discretionary) current company policies-based benefits inclusive work environment opportunity for growth within luxury fashion Act as lead contact point for Sportswear & Denim development Participate in technical meetings with Style, modelling, production and development teams Coordinate sample development process and monitor production of samples Oversee project planning from insights to briefs, design, development, costing and commercialization Review prototypes and market samples for execution accuracy Lead production fittings and communicate updated specs to factories Maintain relationships with suppliers and manufacturers, providing product feedback Ensure adherence to development calendar and meet collection objectives and deadlines Collaborate with suppliers for timely progress and sustainable solutions Review components for quality and performance 8-10 years in a similar Sportswear product development role University degree with emphasis on clothing Strong knowledge of product development, manufacturing processes, fabrics, woven materials, garment specs, fitting and pattern making Attention to detail and product passion Multitasking and coordination across projects Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
