About the Role


We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sponsorship Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a high-performing sales professional with fluent Italian language skills to lead sponsorship revenue growth across Italian-speaking markets.


You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing high-value sponsorship opportunities, building long-term partnerships, and delivering tailored commercial solutions that align with client objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify and secure new sponsorship opportunities across Italian-speaking markets
  • Develop and manage a strong pipeline of prospective sponsors
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with key decision-makers
  • Create tailored sponsorship proposals and deliver compelling sales presentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and events teams to ensure successful delivery of sponsorship agreements


About You:


  • Fluent in Italian (written and spoken) – essential
  • Proven track record in sponsorship sales, B2B sales, or commercial partnerships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience working to and exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercially astute with strong relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven
  • Willingness to travel when required
