We are looking for a
Digital Media Specialist
to support the development and execution of digital media strategies across key channels. The role is responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing digital campaigns while ensuring strong alignment with business objectives, brand positioning, and customer engagement targets.
Digital Media Strategy & Campaign Execution Develop and execute integrated digital media campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals Contribute to digital media planning across paid, owned, and earned channels Content & Channel Management Create, manage, and optimize content across digital platforms (website, social media, CRM, etc.) Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and tone of voice Monitor campaign performance (KPIs, ROI, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights Analyze user behavior across channels and optimize media spend accordingly Media Planning & Coordination Support media planning and coordination with agencies and internal stakeholders Contribute to the optimization of the end-to-end customer journey across digital touchpoints Execute A/B tests and conversion optimization initiatives Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Sales, and Product teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of campaigns
Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay up to date with digital media trends, tools, and best practices Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Digital Media, Communication or similar ~2–5 years of experience in
digital media / digital marketing
roles ~ Proven Experience in managing
digital campaigns and media planning ~ Familiarity with
CMS, analytics tools, and media platforms ~ Fluency in
English
and
Italian
(at least B2) ~ Strong understanding of
digital media ecosystem
(paid media, social, search, programmatic, CRM) ~ Experience with
digital tools
(e.g. Ability to manage
multiple projects
and meet deadlines ~ Creative thinking combined with data-driven decision-making
Experience in
automotive or multi-brand environments Knowledge of
CRM/CDP and lead generation flows Understanding of
full funnel marketing approach (awareness → conversion)
