Overview
Specialists in Sustainable Consumption and Production (Cat. I, Cat. II, Cat. III)
NTU International is preparing a proposal for the project “Cooperation Facility for the Philippines – Procurement of Technical Assistance to the Delegation of the European Union to the Philippines.”
In this context, NTU International is establishing a pool of qualified Non-Key Experts (Senior and Junior) to be mobilised on a short-term, on-demand basis during project implementation (48 months, expected start June 2026). Mobilisation will be subject to specific Terms of Reference and approval by the EU Delegation to the Philippines.
Responsibilities
The pool will provide subject-matter expertise on Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP) to support project implementation on a short-term, on-demand basis in line with the Terms of Reference and approvals by the EU Delegation to the Philippines. Selected experts may be mobilised in response to project needs over the 48-month period starting in June 2026.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in environmental management, economics, sustainability, or related fields
- General professional experience: Experience in sustainability or resource efficiency projects
- Specific professional experience: SCP policies, green production, sustainable supply systems
- Language: English is mandatory
