Innovation, continuous research, digital industry, and sustainability are the pillars of its business worldwide.Within the Manufacturing & Supply Chain area of the Electronic Division at the Campi Bisenzio site, we are looking for **a logistics process specialist**.The selected individuals will be placed within the Planning, Material & Logistics Organizational Unit within the production plant's organization.The individuals will be responsible for the following activities:* Analysis and optimization of logistics processes and the related coordination of both inbound and outbound flows.* Analyze production service logics to reduce material transit time from warehouse to production, acting in particular on non-value-added activities.* Reduce material picking costs.* Reduce WIP in processing areas, ensuring that exactly what needs to be processed arrives.* Eliminate indirect activities performed by direct production operators.**Educational Qualification:** Degree in Management Engineering or equivalent.**Required Experience Level:** Expert (3-5 years).**Technical Knowledge and Skills*** Business organization, main responsibilities and processes.* Competencies regarding product life cycle management.* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles.* Knowledge of WCM logistics pillar concepts.**Behavioral Skills**Excellent interpersonal skills* Inclination for interpersonal relationships and teamwork.* Cross-functional collaboration.* Proactive attitude and excellent problem-solving skills.* Conflict management.**Language Skills:** Good knowledge of English (minimum B1 level).**Computer Skills:*** Knowledge of SAP application.* Knowledge of Office suite.**We await your application:** send us your CV within **three weeks** of the job announcement opening.**How does the selection process work?**Following the collection of applications, CVs most aligned with the required qualifications are evaluated and identified.Selected candidates undergo an introductory interview with the Human Resources team, covering motivation and aptitude, followed by a technical in-depth interview with the Business.At the end of the process, feedback is provided to the person, both in case of a positive or negative outcome.**Involvement**, **enhancement of skills**, care for the **well-being** and **safety of people** are the cornerstones of our corporate culture.We are committed every day to fostering an **inclusive and stimulating** work environment, actively promoting the principles of **inclusion, equity, and valorization of diversity.**What we offer?* Fixed remuneration commensurate with the experience and level of the selected person, accompanied by bonuses linked to business results;
