Position
The ICT Specialist for SAP S/4HANA in the administrative domain is a specialized figure responsible for managing, configuring, and supporting the SAP S/4HANA ERP system, focusing on administrative, accounting and financial processes. The role is involved in the migration project from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure the SAP S/4HANA application (administrative/accounting modules)
- Analyze and optimize administrative processes
- Collaborate with SAP vendors and consultants
- Manage interfaces with other corporate systems
- Provide user support and internal training
- Test, validate and release new features
Requirements
Technical Competencies
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (administrative modules)
- Ability to analyze and map administrative processes
Soft Competencies
- Team working and effective communication
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Orientation toward continuous improvement
- Good knowledge of English
Education and Experience
- University degree (triennial or magisterial) in Economics, Computer Science, Management Engineering or related fields
- 1–2 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA in an administrative/accounting context
- SAP certifications are a plus
