ThinkQuantum: Advancing Quantum Technologies in Cybersecurity, Communication, Space

The company, based in Padua, Italy, specializes in cutting-edge cybersecurity and communication systems leveraging quantum technologies. We develop and manufacture Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) systems and Quantum Random Numbers Generation (QRNG) devices for various industries, including ICT and TLC, in both Ground and Space domains.

Our company is actively engaged in national and international projects, collaborating with organizations such as the European Space Agency and the European Commission. Our work contributes to enhancing information security on a global scale, addressing the growing challenges of data protection in an interconnected world.

We are seeking a motivated QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST to contribute to the system activities required by the company's integrated management system (ISO 9001 and ISO 27001). The resource, reporting to the Head of the Integrated Management System, will deal with:

• qualification and periodic control of suppliers, non-conformities, corrective and improvement actions
• Quality control: supervision of the production process, to ensure compliance with Quality requirements
• control of production and R&D instrumentation, following calibration/maintenance/verification activities
• Quality Assurance within projects and support for product certification activities

Required Qualifications:

• Knowledge of management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001
• Knowledge of product certification processes
• Proficiency in collaboration platforms such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
  
• capacity to communicate and collaborate effectively across teams and skilled in establishing trust-based, productive relationships with colleagues and suppliers;
  
• Good proficiency in English
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM
