Vestas is an international leader company in wind turbines with our own brand and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Supervising the preparation and reviewing of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, feasibility studies, environmental Due Diligence for wind farm projects.
- Perform site visits at project sites for the preliminary identification of potential environmental criticalities to be managed during the development phase.
- Manage permitting procedures of the projects under development (i.e. for Italy: Environmental Impact Assessment procedures, Single Authorization, PAUR. etc.)
- Manage public consultation with stakeholders and meeting with Authorities during the permitting phase
Qualifications
- Degree in environmental or scientific discipline (i.e. Environmental Sciences, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Geology, etc.)
- 3-7 years of experience in the delivery of EIA (and ESIA where applicable)
- Fluency in English and Italian:we are an international company in constant communication with international stakeholders.
- Outcome and deadline focused to support projects development.
- Team-work attitude for good relationships with clients, providers, internal stakeholders.
- Health and Safety consciousness because this is our main interest.

Additional information
- This is an international company, please upload your CV in English.
- This position requires being open to travel about 30% or 40% of your working time to evaluate new places for wind farms.
