As a Specialist in Taormina, you play a pivotal retail leadership role, overseeing floor operations across key product categories and supporting store management. • Manage floor operations across one or more product categories (makeup, skincare, fragrance, Sephora Collection)
• Facilitate communication between the Store Manager and Beauty Advisor team
• Support Managers in daily activities and contribute to store commercial and HR strategy
• Monitor and analyze team KPIs and motivate the team to achieve results
• Coordinate promotions, events, new product launches, CRM campaigns, and other commercial activities
• Manage the stockroom and maintain optimal stock levels per replenishment cycles and merchandising strategies
• Implement company procedures and commercial policies established by central departments
• Train new hires and guide their growth in collaboration with Managers
• Interact with diverse groups, build internal and external relationships, and foster teamwork
• Highlight wins and credit team and individuals for successes

Responsabilità

• 3–4 years of experience in similar roles (Assistant Store Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Key Holder) in dynamic, multinational retail environments
• Knowledge of key commerce KPIs and budget management, reporting capabilities
• Proven ability to manage a team toward objectives and foster a collaborative spirit
• Dynamism, flexibility, and resilience
