Overview

Randstad Italia s.p.a., filiale di Catania, is recruiting a Payroll Specialist for a professional client’s payroll team.

Employment type: Permanent, with salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Location: Catania (Italy) – Working hours: Full‑time, split schedule from Monday to Friday 9:00‑13:00 and 15:30‑19:30.

Responsibilities

• Full autonomy in managing the payroll processing cycle.
• Study and apply labour and social security legislation.
• Handle monthly and annual personnel compliance matters.
• Provide consultant and customer support regarding personnel administration.

Qualifications & Competencies

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role, with proven ability to work independently.
• Excellent and consolidated knowledge of the Ranocchi payroll software.
• Strong grasp of employment and pension regulations.
• No professional licence required.
