Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role:
- Plan, release, and monitor development wafer production across sites including Villach, Regensburg, Dresden, and Kulim.
- Coordinate end-to-end development sample builds from work order release to shipment across global backend sites.
- Serve as the interface between development teams and production facilities, aligning priorities and resolving constraints.
- Create and maintain master data and logistics structures for new products using company planning tools and collaboration with site and project teams.
- Create and optimize timelines, scenarios, and material‑run plans for sample production, ensuring strong schedule adherence and executing sample forecast planning.
- Work in virtual cross‑functional teams as the main interface among stakeholders at worldwide manufacturing sites, development and project teams, and quality management.
- Improve consistency and traceability across tools with better integration and standardized workflows, leveraging agentic AI to automate decision‑making and optimize pipeline performance.
We offer a permanent external contract (staff leasing / "somministrazione a tempo indeterminato") with potential future conversion into a permanent one directly with Infineon.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Management, Engineering, or a related field (must have).
- At least 5 years of experience with an understanding of semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing processes or related industries (must have).
- Fast learner with the ability to analyze from multiple perspectives and identify hidden correlations in complex data and workflows (must have).
- Clear, open communicator with high quality standards and strong stakeholder alignment skills (must have).
- Strong time management, self-organization, and planning capabilities in dynamic environments (must have).
- Exposure to agentic AI systems and intelligent orchestration to enhance planning and decision‑making (preferred).
- Experience across multiple locations and intercultural teams with a collaborative, adaptable, results‑oriented mindset, fluency in English required, German is a plus (preferred).
