Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role
Support product ramp-ups by driving lab analysis and measurements on device embedded non-volatile memory at wafer and package level
Collaborate closely with production, test engineering, and design to identify and mitigate product, test program, or process weaknesses during development and ramp-up
Improve manufacturability through yield analysis, failure pareto evaluation, and test coverage optimization
Contribute to root cause analyses for deviations in quality, performance, or cost, and drive effective corrective actions
Enhance product competitiveness via continuous product optimization, process efficiency improvements, and data-driven insights
Document and communicate findings, recommendations, and action plans to cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution
Please note that we offer an external temporary contract of 1 year with the possibility for future conversion into a permanent one.
Your Profile Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed
Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Information and Communication Technology, or a related field (must have)
Up to 3 years of experience in an industrial automotive or semiconductor manufacturing environment, including internships or theses (must have)
Solid knowledge of semiconductor ICs and device fundamentals (must have)
Basic Python skills for scripting, data analysis, and automation (must have)
Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools and methodologies for data processing or analytics (preferred)
Fluent English communication skills, written and spoken (must have)
Strong team-oriented mindset, ability to work in an international environment, and creative problem-solving with an innovative approach (must have)
