We are seeking an exceptional Specialist in Hotel Promotions to fill this role, based in our Naples office.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the promotion process for eligible employees, including both Fast-track Operations-Approved Promotions.
- Review promotion recommendations submitted via performance appraisals and ensure alignment with company policy.
- Track and monitor promotion recommendations, ensuring fairness and consistency by applying priority criteria to determine the order of promotion consideration.
- Track and monitor acting promotions, ensuring compliance with established timelines
- Issue formal Promotion Letters in coordination with Planning, Fleet Compensation, and FRST
- Assist in updating and maintaining promotion policy documents, templates, and SOPs
- Maintain promotion records and audit trails in the system of record (e.g., HRIS/Pinpoint)
- Support data integrity and reporting on promotion activity, trends, and cycle effectiveness.
- Provide guidance and clarification to stakeholders regarding promotion policies and procedures.
- Champion the Company’s Culture Essentials and ensure they are inculcated across all facets of operations.
- Collaborate with Operations to initiate and manage promotion reviews for supervisory and officer-level roles.
- Work closely with onboard HR Officers and Global Talent Partners (GTPs) to ensure accurate promotion documentation for teammates both onboard and on leave.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, talent operations, or employee lifecycle coordination.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce planning tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Understanding of crew operations or maritime HR processes.
- Prior experience with promotion or performance management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a global or maritime organization.
