Customer Inquiry creation and maintenance according to sales indications and customer requests.
Monitor on time delivery for customer orders of the assigned areas.
Daily contact with production team, planning team and credit control to give instructions to the supply chain team and to inform customers accordingly.
Contact Customers to solve problems related to the technical and commercial issues.
Be constantly updated on the customer specific documentation request, inform the team to act consequently.
Weekly call with Shared Services in UK for discussing issues related customers’ payment, credit limit, orders’releases, etc.
For the assigned Key OEMs managing scheduling agreement, inquiries and collecting information from other departments in order to assure quick replies.
Periodically visits key distributors and key OEM accounts to assure business alignment.
Has a solid understanding of Kohler product lines and can articulate why a customer should buy Kohler engines.
Based on customer identified need, present information about our product and services to negotiate the best agreement.
Negotiate prices and commercial conditions with Distributors and OEM accounts.
Handle and solve specific problems with Distributors and OEM accounts. Whenever the problem is out of the responsibility of the position, act as an interface with other departments of the company so as to make the solving process as smooth and quick as possible.
Ensure applicable product compliance requirements are upheld including but not limited to the Clean Air Act, California Code of Regulation and California Health and Safety Code.

Education and Experience Requirements
University degree is preferred
3 years experience in this field is required
Ability to manage the various projects and the unforeseen critical situations quickly and rationally, looking for the most proper solutions.
Good sales and communications skills and the ability to influence promotional efforts of distributors and distributor sales staff at high level.
Able to work on accounts that are shared by more than one company sales channel to ensure coordination of efforts when appropriate.
Ability to address problems quickly and rationally, looking for the most proper solutions
Foreign languages : English (C1) required; knowledge of an additional language is highly preferred.
