YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
MAIN PURPOSE
The Special Work Development & Industrialization Specialist will join the Product Development team, reporting to the Semifinished Industrialization Manager. We are seeking a hybrid profile, strongly product and data system-oriented, to act as a bridge between design, development, and production. The successful candidate will independently manage assigned project, ensuring technical and qualitative feasibility, adherence to timelines, and optimization of production costs. Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
Manage the interface with the Pattern Making, Development, Warehouse departments, and external suppliers, during both the sampling and industrialization phases, ensuring compliance with CELINE\'s aesthetic, industrial, and quality standards Supervise and update follow-up files during various phases. Create masters for Special Works (SL) Ensure correct management and entry of Product data into PLM Coordinate the testing procedure and complete related follow-up files Collaborate with the Quality department from the sample development phase, overseeing the homologation of processes before launching into production. Autonomously plan and organize activities to ensure correct and timely industrialization, guaranteeing adherence to production launch timelines Evaluate any defects, proposing and implementing corrective solutions Collaborate with the PF Industrialization Team to identify and manage critical issues related to the assembly of special processes (SL) during production Profile
PROFILE At least 5 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in high-end and luxury manufacturing companies. Good knowledge of English (French knowledge is considered a plus). Problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency in Excel Excellent knowledge of main PLM systems and preferably SAP system Attention to detail and precision Results-oriented Priority management Leadership, proactivity, and openness to innovation Excellent negotiation skills Location

October 2026 For new joiners in this role, the initial annual gross salary is EUR 35.000 This salary has been determined on the basis of objective and gender-neutral criteria and corresponds to the compensation normally granted for this position at the time of publication of this job posting. Actual compensation may vary depending on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, and current organizational needs. In addition to the benefits provided by law, further benefits may be granted in accordance with current company policies. The employment relationship will be governed by the provisions of the applicable national collective bargaining agreement (CCNL Pelli e Succedanei) and the supplementary company agreement, as applied by Celine Production in Italy.” OUR COMMITMENT
