To support our continued growth and expansion in the Italian market, we are looking for a proactive and organised Spare Parts Warehouse Specialist to strengthen our parts operations and customer service performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the spare parts warehouse, accurate stock control, timely deliveries, and excellent support to customers, service teams, and dealers
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
  • Ensure spare parts are correctly identified, labelled, stored, and traceable within the warehouse
  • Process inbound and outbound spare parts orders in a timely and accurate manner
  • Coordinate parts shipments, deliveries, returns, and warranty claims with internal teams and stakeholders
  • Manage spare parts sales, quotations, customer orders, and returns processes
  • Liaise with Chinese HQ to secure parts availability, lead times, and urgent requests
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse layout, stock accuracy, and operational efficiency


Your profile

  • Previous experience in spare parts warehouse management, or parts coordination
  • Experience within construction machinery, earthmoving equipment, material handling, OEM, or industrial sectors is highly preferred
  • Good understanding of spare parts operations, warehouse processes, and inventory management
  • Ability to manage priorities, and proactive attitude with problem-solving skills
  • Good English language skills
