Responsibilities:

  • Support dealers in their daily activities related to parts & accessories business
  • Daily use of Electronic Parts Catalogue and IT parts systems
  • Preparation and handling of purchase orders to suppliers (headquarter and local suppliers)
  • Handle the customs clearance of parts arriving from China (documents, relation with customs duty supplier, etc)
  • Keep relationship with 3PL suppliers and logistic suppliers
  • Parts stock analysis and purchase order planning to suppliers (mostly Headquarter)
  • Bill Of Material analysis for new models


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as parts specialist, in national sales companies or dealerships (Automotive is a plus)
  • Good knowledge of parts software (EPCs, WMS, etc)
  • Good relationship skills
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
