Randstad Italia Spa, Florence branch, is looking for a

SPARE PARTS PROGRAM MANAGER

for a major multinational company operating in the Oil & Gas sector.

We offer: an initial 12 month temporary contract with the possibility of direct placement in the company. CCNL Metalworking Industry. RAL 34.000€ - 38.000€.

Responsibilities:

The Spare Parts Program Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the digital strategy for Spare Parts within the ITR framework (from quote to execution), ensuring seamless end-to-end integration, with a focus on enabling touchless flows.

This role includes ownership of the roadmap for key supporting platforms (eg BPM, InSPIRe, and Oracle) and oversight of operational support related to these systems. The Program Manager will collaborate closely with Operational Excellence, GTS Rewiring and digital technology teams to drive the implementation of the service infrastructure digitization strategy.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • be a strategic partner of the regional commercial, operations teams and COEs team to drive process consistency, simplification and integration;
  • support the operational teams to define and achieve business targets on the key process performance indicators;
  • identify gaps or improvement areas on processes and procedures and drive agenda to fix them;
  • work closely with digital technology organization to define and implement the digital strategy;
  • be accountable for assigned programs in terms of budget, timing of execution, change management and stabilization, return on investment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • background: IT, Operations or Project Management;
  • 5+ years experience in Energy industry preferred;
  • proven experience on collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on strategic objectives;
  • strong communication and influencing skills;
  • fluent in English and Italian.
