We are seeking a highly motivated Spare Parts Planner to join our Group Spare Parts team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV) for a maternity leave.
She/he will be responsible for ensuring optimal spare parts availability while maintaining efficient inventory levels. The role involves the use of advanced planning tools for demand analysis, replenishment planning, and inventory optimization. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, data-driven professional with strong analytical, procurement, and communication skills.
Key Objectives
- Use advanced software tools to perform demand analysis and deploy replenishment plans.
- Manage purchase orders and expedite deliveries from suppliers and production plants.
- Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a balance between sales order fulfillment and inventory optimization.
- Issue and follow up on purchase orders with suppliers.
- Handle intercompany order management and monitor related workflows.
- Support spare parts phase-in and phase-out processes.
- Conduct forecast analysis and participate in demand planning activities.
- Collaborate with 3PL warehouse partner abroad.
Skills & qualifications
Experience:
- 1-2 years of professional experience in roles such as Inbound Logistics, Procurement, Material planning, Demand planning.
Qualifications:
- University degree preferred in Management Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or Economics.
Knowledge:
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with SAP (or other ERP systems)
- Experience with advanced planning tools (e.g., SO99+, SAP APO, Syncron, etc.) is a plus
- Understanding of procurement and supply chain processes is required
Languages:
- Italian mother tongue
- English mandatory
