As the core of the after-sales business for Linktour Automotive's Italian subsidiary, you will serve as the "supply chain engine" ensuring smooth service and the "profit center leader" driving revenue growth. You will be fully responsible for building an efficient spare parts operation system, and directly enhance the company's market share and brand reputation through excellent supply chain management, data-driven business decisions, and customer-centric services.
This role involves managing the supply chain strategy and operations, optimizing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction while driving revenue growth through effective spare parts management.
Responsibilities
- Supply Chain Strategy and Operations Management: Establish and optimize a full-process spare parts supply chain system covering procurement, warehousing, and logistics to achieve efficient and low-cost operations.
- Inventory Optimization and Procurement Strategy: Utilize data analysis tools for accurate demand forecasting and dynamic inventory management, with the core goals of improving spare parts first-time fulfillment rate and inventory turnover rate, while effectively reducing obsolete inventory.
- Spare Parts Business Development and Profit Accountability: Formulate and achieve annual spare parts sales and gross profit targets, proactively explore the market, develop and implement sales strategies and incentive policies, and be accountable for the final financial results.
- Customer Experience and Satisfaction Assurance: Establish a rapid response mechanism to minimize customer complaints caused by spare parts supply issues, and directly improve end-customer service satisfaction and loyalty.
- Cross-departmental Collaboration and Strategic Support: As the core of after-sales service, closely cooperate with sales, technical, and financial teams to support company-level projects such as new vehicle launches, recalls, and technical upgrades, and ensure compliance of spare parts with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, relevant work experience in spare parts management or supply chain in the automotive industry.
- Proficiency in automotive structure; familiarity with electric vehicle principles and the three-electric system (battery, motor, electronic control) is preferred.
Required Skills
- Fluent in Italian, capable of conducting in-depth business communication as a working language.
- Excellent business acumen and negotiation skills, able to closely integrate inventory strategies with financial objectives.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and stress resistance, capable of making decisions in a high-pressure environment.
Preferred Skills
- Work experience in electric vehicle brands or the European market.
- Fluent in English or Chinese, serving as an effective bridge for communication with headquarters.
- Knowledge of basic laws and regulations in Italy and the EU regarding auto parts, environmental protection and recycling, etc.
