- Driving operational excellence in spare parts management
- Achieving quarterly and annual sales targets for spare parts
- Monitoring and improving key spare parts KPIs such as:
- Stock Turnover Rate
- Stock Accuracy Ratio
- Idle Stock Ratio
- Order Processing Time
- Warehouse Utilization & Damage Rate
- Proactively managing inventory to avoid overstocking and aging stock
- Enhancing customer satisfaction through efficient parts availability and issue resolution
- Leading the spare parts team, providing coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Implementing corrective actions for KPI deviations on a quarterly basis
Competenze ed esperienza
- Spare parts inventory and warehouse management
- KPI analysis and continuous improvement
- Customer service focused on parts availability and issue resolution
- Team leadership and staff development
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage stock levels efficiently and reduce obsolete inventory
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
