Offerta

The Spare Parts Manager will be responsible for building and managing the spare parts operations in Italy, including order management, logistics, inventory, and pricing. The role will play a key part in setting up processes, ensuring efficient supply chain management, and supporting the dealer network.

• Manage aftersales parts business, including sales contracts with dealers and order management processes;
• Define and implement spare parts policies, procedures, and operational workflows;
• Oversee warehousing, inventory management, and stock control strategies;
• Manage logistics operations, including import/export procedures and customs clearance in coordination with brokers;
• Plan and optimize spare parts supply, including demand planning, backorder management, and inventory turnover;
• Handle claims and discrepancy management related to quality and transportation;
• Develop and implement pricing strategies, including market analysis and price positioning;
• Ensure compliance with European import regulations and certification requirements;
• Manage spare parts master data and support product launches;
• Contribute to accessories business development and tendering activities;
• Support the definition and execution of spare parts business strategy to achieve sales targets.

Competenze ed esperienza

• Fluent in Italian and English;
• Experience in a similar role within the Automotive industry (OEM or distributor), ideally within the European market;
• Strong knowledge of spare parts operations, logistics, and supply chain management;
• Familiarity with import/export processes and customs regulations;
• Experience working with dealer and service networks;
• Hands‑on, structured, and able to operate in a start‑up environment;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Competitive salary ranging between €70,000 and €80,000 per year
• Permanent contract
