We’re hiring across multiple positions on behalf of an Italian aerospace company in Turin specializing in the production of small satellite platforms (from Cubesats up to 250kg platforms) and innovative space technologies.

The company follows a complete “all in-house” approach – from design and development to integration, qualification, and operations. You’ll have the chance to work on missions that push the boundaries of space exploration.

We are currently offering exciting opportunities in multiple domains of satellite engineering and operations. Detailed job descriptions will be provided for each role.

Product Manager (Small Satellites) – Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap of small-satellite products. Support R&D, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, and represent the company at events.

Profile: Bachelor/Master in Engineering, Business, or related; 3+ years in Product Management; strong small-satellite and avionics knowledge; proven track record launching products.

RF Engineer – Design and test RF subsystems and front-ends (up to 40 GHz) for satellite telecommunications. Contribute to schematics, layouts, simulations, and lab validation.

Profile: 5+ years RF front-end design, ADS/Altium/CST; aerospace/defense experience a plus.

Mechanical Engineer – Design and analyze satellite structures and subsystems with 3D modeling and FEM simulations. Support integration, testing, and environmental qualification campaigns.

Profile: 3+ years CAD/FEM experience, SolidWorks/Femap/Nastran; knowledge of ECSS standards.

AIT Engineer – Lead Assembly, Integration & Testing activities for satellites. Design Ground Support Equipment, execute clean-room campaigns, and prepare procedures/reports.

Profile: 2+ years in aerospace AIT, SolidWorks, lab/measuring tools, hands-on assembly experience.

Senior Systems Engineer – Own satellite system architecture, design, and qualification. Define requirements, budgets, and verification plans while coordinating with subsystem teams.

Profile: 5–10 years in satellite systems engineering, ECSS/MIL/NASA standards, DOORS/STK; proven leadership.

Avionics Engineer – Coordinate and review avionics design, hardware architecture, and testing (OBCs, PCDUs, FPGA). Support qualification campaigns and trade-off analyses.

Profile: 3–5 years in space electronics; strong analog/digital/power background; ECSS/CCSDS/MIL standards.

Flight Operations Engineer – Prepare, execute, and monitor satellite flight operations. Analyze telemetry, develop mission tools/scripts, and support console operations.

Profile: 1+ year in satellite ops/mission planning; strong orbital dynamics and coding (Python/MATLAB/C++); experience with mission control software.

Hardware Design Engineer – Develop electronics for On-Board Computers and Power Units. Define architectures, design PCB layouts, and perform testing and simulations.

Profile: 3–5 years in space electronics; Altium Designer; analog/digital/power expertise.

AOCS Engineer (Attitude & Control Systems) – Design and qualify ADCS for small satellites. Implement control loops, run MIL/PIL/HIL test campaigns, and support mission conops.

Profile: 10+ years experience in similar positions ; strong Matlab/Simulink/Python/C++ skills.
