Thales Alenia Space is seeking an AIT Operations Manager to serve as the main link between AIT and PMO, overseeing day-to-day activities to hit milestones within budget. You will lead teams from 4–5 to over 20, coordinating with engineering, design authority, and quality to ensure staffing and resources are aligned across all operations.
You will manage interfaces with final customers during reviews and align with program management on schedules, costs, and bids.
