Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a wide range of high-quality spa treatments, including massages, body rituals, facials, and beauty services.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences and needs.
• Maintain treatment rooms and spa areas to the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Support spa reception and retail sales, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Uphold all safety, hygiene, and brand standards.
• Contribute to a warm, welcoming, and serene atmosphere for all guests.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist in luxury hospitality or premium wellness centres.
• Professional certification in massage therapy or aesthetics.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, bodywork, and skincare.
• Excellent communication and guest-relations skills.
• High attention to detail, reliability, and a caring attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Good knowledge of Italian and English.
