We are now expanding with a new luxury hotel in Courmayeur, Italy , located in one of the most prestigious alpine destinations at the foot of Mont Blanc. As part of this exciting new opening, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Spa Therapist to deliver exceptional wellness experiences by providing high-quality treatments in line with the spa’s philosophy, and playing a key role in creating a calm, restorative, and personalised experience for guests, reflecting the standards of a luxury hotel.

The spa concept is inspired by the surrounding alpine environment and focuses on holistic wellbeing, recovery, and relaxation, combining thermal circuits, signature treatments, and personalised wellness experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body treatments, facials, and wellness rituals, in line with spa protocols.
• Provide tailored treatment recommendations based on guest needs and preferences.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience before, during, and after treatments.
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Prepare treatment rooms and ensure correct use of products, equipment, and linens.
• Promote spa services, treatments, and retail products in a professional and natural manner.
• Work collaboratively with the spa reception and wellness team to manage bookings and guest flow.
• Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively contribute to service improvement.
• Follow all health & safety regulations and service standards.

Profile & Requirements:

• Certified Spa Therapist with recognized qualifications (massage, beauty therapy, or equivalent).
• Previous experience in a spa, wellness centre, or luxury hotel environment is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of massage techniques, body treatments, and skincare fundamentals.
• Passion for wellness, hospitality, and delivering personalised guest experiences.
• Professional presentation, calm demeanour, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Italian and/or French is a strong advantage.
• Experience in alpine, resort, or seasonal destinations is an asset.
