Situated in the heart of Tuscany, Relais Borgo Santo Pietro is a luxury five-star boutique hotel and spa, featuring 22 individually styled rooms and suites, a Michelin-starred restaurant and an elegant Trattoria, a holistic spa, an onsite cooking school, a natural skincare laboratory, an organic farm, and 13 acres of landscaped gardens.


We are seeking a Spa Receptionist ready to join our dedicated wellness team in a serene and refined environment. This role is responsible for delivering a warm, professional welcome, managing bookings efficiently, and ensuring exceptional guest service throughout the entire spa experience. The ideal candidate is polished, service-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about wellness and luxury hospitality.


Key Responsibilities


Guest Experience & Reception

  • Welcome guests with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude, ensuring an exceptional first impression of the spa.
  • Provide detailed information about treatments, spa facilities, and wellness products.
  • Guide guests through their spa journey, from arrival to departure, ensuring comfort and satisfaction at every step.
  • Handle guest feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring swift resolution when needed.


Booking & Administration

  • Manage spa reservations, daily schedules, and therapist assignments with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process payments, prepare invoices, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Ensure that reception, waiting areas, and retail spaces remain immaculate and welcoming.
  • Collaborate closely with therapists and spa management to support smooth operations.


Retail & Product Knowledge

  • Promote spa products, including items from our natural skincare brand, providing informed recommendations.
  • Assist with inventory checks, restocking, and retail presentation.
  • Support monthly sales reporting and contribute to revenue-enhancing initiatives.


Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a spa receptionist in a luxury hospitality is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Passion for wellness, skincare, and holistic practices.
  • Professional appearance and polished guest-service etiquette.
  • Fluency in English required; Italian is a strong plus.
