We are seeking a Spa Receptionist with a warm, professional presence, excellent communication skills, and a genuine interest in wellness to become a key point of connection for our guests.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a seamless and personalized spa journey from arrival to departure.
- Manage spa bookings, schedules, and guest inquiries efficiently, both in person and digitally.
- Act as an ambassador for the spa and Seed to Skin Tuscany, confidently presenting treatments, rituals, and skincare products.
- Actively drive sales, identifying guest needs and recommending treatments and Seed to Skin products in a natural, refined, and guest-focused manner.
- Collaborate closely with therapists and the spa team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Uphold impeccable luxury standards, maintaining a calm, organized, and refined reception environment.
Who you are:
- Previous experience in a spa within a luxury hospitality environment is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Confidence and enthusiasm for sales, with the ability to translate product knowledge into meaningful guest recommendations.
- A genuine appreciation for holistic well-being, beauty, and the brand philosophy.
- Fluency in both English and Italian is required to serve an international clientele.
- A strong focus on guest satisfaction, anticipating needs and ensuring a memorable experience.
