SPA Personnel - Onboard position

For shipowner, our client, we are recruiting SPA Staff to work onboard passenger ferry vessels.

CONDITIONS:

• National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for maritime workers on passenger ferry vessels
• Salary: €2,000–2,200 net per month + commissions on products and services + taxes and social contributions paid by the employer
• Contract duration: 3 months ±1, variable depending on rotations and operational needs
• Meals and accommodation provided
• Probable contract start date: Spring 2026
• Navigation area: Mediterranean Sea

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or a professional qualification relevant to the onboard position
• Seafarer’s book and valid STCW certifications are mandatory for embarkation; candidates who do not currently hold them will be required to obtain the necessary documentation prior to joining
