Overview
This position is available due to an internal promotion of the current Spa & Leisure Centre Manager.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the spa and fitness center's operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and supervise a team of spa and fitness professionals, ensuring their skills, training, and motivation are aligned with the hotel's standards and expectations.
- Oversee the spa's financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget management.
- Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote the spa and fitness center's services to both hotel guests and the local community.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa and fitness areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and guest experience enhancement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies to continuously elevate the spa's offering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa or luxury hotel setting, preferably in a management role.
- In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of spa professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners.
- Strong financial management skills to monitor revenue, expenses, and budget performance.
- A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable spa experiences.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and navigate challenges effectively.
