Spa & Leisure Centre Manager, Radisson Blu Ireland

Overview

This position is available due to an internal promotion of the current Spa & Leisure Centre Manager.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the spa and fitness center's operations, revenue, and guest satisfaction.
• Manage and supervise a team of spa and fitness professionals, ensuring their skills, training, and motivation are aligned with the hotel's standards and expectations.
• Oversee the spa's financial performance, including revenue generation, expense control, and budget management.
• Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to promote the spa and fitness center's services to both hotel guests and the local community.
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across all spa and fitness areas.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and guest experience enhancement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, treatments, and technologies to continuously elevate the spa's offering.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a spa or luxury hotel setting, preferably in a management role.
• In-depth knowledge of spa treatments, products, and techniques.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and train a team of spa professionals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and external partners.
• Strong financial management skills to monitor revenue, expenses, and budget performance.
• A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable spa experiences.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to manage multiple tasks and navigate challenges effectively.
