Responsibilities

The Finance Director for the Southern Europe Cluster will be based in Italy and will work in close partnership with the VP, Southern Europe Cluster General Manager and the Country Lead for Italy in a hands-on business partnering role. Mundipharma continues to execute a transformation which has focused on commercial excellence and enhanced profitability.

You will be responsible for ensuring a high performing Southern Europe Cluster Finance organization, including the recruitment and development of key finance talent.

Working closely with the VP Finance, EUCAN, the Finance Director for the Southern Europe Cluster will help drive a transformation in Finance, focusing on establishing strong reporting and control foundations as well as a strong business partnering capability. It will be critical that strong relationships are built across the organization, including with peer finance leaders in Technical Operations, Central Finance, Global Functions and other regions. It will also be important for this individual to be able to work comfortably at pace, and to oscillate between high-level strategic issues and hands-on operational matters.
