Your role at KIKO MILANO

We are looking for a Fixed Term Sourcing Specialist Bulk & Assembling to join KIKO MILANO’s Sourcing Team, reporting to the Head of sourcing.

Such talent is responsible of handling the Bulk & Assembly category suppliers’ portfolio and negotiating best purchasing costs for new product launches to concur to the best profitable business opportunities for the Company.

In particular, you will:

  • Lead the tenders for the launch of new products with the involved suppliers, in response of Marketing plans. Negotiate the best conditions in terms of timing and pricing with the involved suppliers.
  • Monitor and strategically intervene on spending of reference Category suppliers, to ensure their most sustainable and mutually convenient growth
  • Keep a constant eye on category portfolio’s best balance in terms of production capacities and suppliers’ potentials and specialties, to make sure involvement of the best players per each new project
  • Monitor the reference market to scout for new potential supply sources and be the leading guide of their evaluation and onboarding process



What you will need to succeed

  • Degree in Economics or equivalent
  • Minimum 2-year experience in a similar role
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Solid negotiation and analytical skills
  • Very good use of Excel
