At Villa Fiorella Art Hotel, a 5* Hotel and Michelin key located in Massa Lubrense, we are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Sommelier to manage our wine cellar, which boasts a selection of 740 labels and 4000 bottles, with a carefully curated wine list that has earned several awards.
Given the size and significance of our cellar, this is a position of high reponsibility. The right candidate should have the experience and confidence to manage it successfully.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the wine cellar, ensuring optimal storage conditions and organization.
- Curate and update the wine list in collaboration with the F&B Manager and the General Manager.
- Monitor wine inventory, costs, and sales performance.
- Provide expert wine service in the restaurant, bar, and during private events.
- Conduct wine tastings and educate guests about wine caractheristics.
- Train and support the restaurant team in wine knowledge and service standards.
The right candidate has minimum 2 years previous experience in the same position and must be fluent in Italian and English.
