Position Summary

A Solution Architect is dedicated to collaboratively building high-quality, sustainable software solutions that benefit our clients and their customers. The role focuses on leveraging emerging tools and technologies to create secure, scalable products that meet the most innovative and strategic needs of the organization. Champions agile practices and modern architectural patterns in every project.

Job Duties

  • Work with teams to understand complex technical and functional challenges.
  • Develop implementation and delivery plans that utilize emerging technologies at scale.
  • Coordinate with other capabilities and technical leads to ensure user experiences, validation procedures, and automation components are aligned.
  • Co-lead discovery and delivery phases alongside other capability leaders.
  • Develop and execute plans that exceed stakeholder expectations across multiple value streams.
  • Enable teams to deliver high-quality application code by establishing pragmatic, repeatable development practices.
  • Share thought leadership and best practices with peers, teams, and agency partners.
  • Build full‑stack solutions across a range of technologies, including:
    • Front‑end applications targeting native mobile and modern web platforms – React, Angular, Vue.
    • APIs and back‑end services with emerging frameworks – Node, TypeScript, Java, .NET.
    • Cloud hosting and application services – AWS, Azure, OCI.
    • Operational efficiencies using automated build and deployment pipelines.
    • Collaborative build practices for agile responsiveness to stakeholder needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: A Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Five years as a Solutions Architect with deep knowledge of relevant technologies, trends, challenges, and best practices in cloud computing, network architecture, databases, security, and software development.

  • Ability to communicate ideas through diagrams, documents, and code.
