MISSION & RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Solution & Product Management Team within Omnia, Hu Friedy Group, the key responsibilities are:

• Assisting in product portfolio management and development: tracking performance, launching new products, and phasing out selected ones in alignment with the sales team.

• Supporting the introduction of new products for specific projects, in coordination with the R&D and Sales departments.

• Contributing to the development and refinement of product literature, positioning, and value propositions.

• Preparing presentations for internal meetings and external events.

• Supporting project planning, KPI tracking, budget monitoring, and timeline coordination.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Sales Management, Economics (or related disciplines).

• Fluent in spoken and written Italian and English (additional language is a plus).

• Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and excellent organizational skills.

• Proactive mindset, analytical approach and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage parallel projects with agility and ownership.

• Curiosity, proactivity and a strong willingness to learn.

• Six-month internship contract extendable for another 6.
